Those real life horrors mean the second season will test just how frightening the series can be without the benefit of a supernatural element . In addition to losing the various baby-crazy ghosts who populated the Murder House, the series has also lost stars Dylan McDermott and Connie Britton. Still, with the award-winning Jessica Lange coming back to essentially headline the series, there’s little doubt audiences will be tuning in. Throw in returning cast members Evan Peters, Lily Rabe and, of course, Zachary Quinto, along with newcomers James Cromwell , Joseph Fiennes , Franka Potente Jenna Dewan, Chloë Sevigny, Lizzie Brocheré, Chris Zylka, Britne Oldford, Mark Consuelos, Clea Duvall and Adam Levine, and American Horror Story: Asylum stands a decent chance at topping the first series in the ratings departm
Since production only started on July 17, there’s little footage to be shown, but that hasn’t stopped Murphy from throwing a little morsel to the show’s fans. Recently, he tweeted this picture of Adam Levine on set, shining a light on what appears to be some Asylum -related graffiti. It’s never too soon to speculate – especially when the series in question loves to provide details and red herrings ahead of time – so let’s all ponder just who or what the term “Bloody Face” is referr
David Fincher had an incredible challenge adapting the novel Gone Girl to film, but the opening shot is a hard one to forget. Showing what should be a loving scene between a husband and wife, star Rosamund Pike’s sudden stare into the camera and Discount steam Keys|https://Gamedealhq.com/ Ben Affleck’s narration put audiences on edge, warning them that the story about to unfold was anything but simple. A kidnapping, lies, and murder all led the estranged couple back to eachother, forced to decide just how willing they were to keep lying for the sake of a marriage – and public perception. Having the couple end up right back where they started from may have been a hard pill for viewers to swallow, but Fincher makes the message loud and clear, ending the movie with the exact same shot he opened on – but the audience’s opinion of the woman in frame has completely chan
Backstory: During the Times Square hunting sequence in I Am Legend , Robert Neville (Will Smith) passes a billboard advertising a Superman and Batman team-up film set to open on May 15, 2010. Given the 2007 I Am Legend release, had the tongue-in-cheek easter egg come true, the film would have likely featured Brandon Routh (whose Superman Returns released in 2006) and Christian Bale (who debuted as Batman in 2005). Of course, Warner Bros. has since announced an actual Batman V Superman crossover in their Man of Steel sequel, which will star Henry Cavill and Ben Affleck in the iconic roles. So, maybe I Am Legend really did include a hidden message from Warner Bros. after all – i.e. they’ve wanted to cash-in with a World’s Finest team-up for more than half a dec
As a footnote to their report, L-R added that McGregor is apparently pushing for his own standalone film (Disney has since announced its intent to produce standalone Star Wars movies in between “episodes” ). Not only do we think that would be a project with potential – we’ve already pitched a pretty good story idea for an Obi-Wan Kenobi movie . So, needless to say, we’re not opposed to that happening, eit

“When we launched the show last year, we kept quiet about the closed-ended nature of the show because we didn’t want to tip off the audience that the characters were not going to survive. Now that it has been established that each year is a closed-ended story, the time seemed right to reveal what we’re calling the new installme
Total Recall is a simple enough story: an everyday Earthling in the not-too-distant future, Douglas Quaid, dreams of a passionate affair with a beautiful woman on the surface of Mars. So when a business offers to implant false memories for a price, Quaid decides to make his dream a reality – at least as far as his mind is concerned. The procedure goes awry, and Quaid’s false memories disappear, revealing that he really WAS a secret agent working on Mars, and the woman from his dreams wasn’t imaginary. At least, that’s what he thinks. The movie never states whether Quaid’s return to Mars really happened, and whether he succeeded in releasing air into its atmosphere, and saving its poor population. But taking a quick glance at just how closely the film’s final scene resembles Quaid’s dream, those suspecting it was simply a fantasy have even more evidence to back up their cl
No other actor embodies the age of American Westerns like John Wayne, with his role as Ethan Edwards in The Searchers considered one of his finest roles. The film opens inside a West Texas homestead, revealing a stunning landscape as Ethan first returns home after leaving years earlier to fight in the Civil War. When his brother’s family is killed not long after, and their two daughters kidnapped, Ethan sets off to find them no matter how long it may take. The youngest daughter Debbie is finally tracked down years later, and Ethan personally delivers brings her back home. Although it’s technically a different home, she is welcomed with open arms, and the future, for once, looks bright. With no place for an aging soldier inside, Ethan is left to walk into the wild all by himself. The shot is a perfect mirror of the one which started the film, and director John Ford’s iconic closing image is just one of the reasons The Searchers would go on to be seen by many as a masterpiece, and one of the greatest films ever m
